The reason that I drive a Volvo, and have done for some years now, is
that it is a car unlike any other. A Volvo 240, 740, 940 etc can be
recognised from a great distance.
Since Ford took them on they look the same as any other car.
The difference in looks between a V70 and a large ford is just the
grill.
The older body style Volvo is a true classic.
