I just got a new set of tires. When I took a look at them this past
weekend, I noticed something. The arrows on the sidewall off the tires
don't all point forward. On the driver's side, they point forward, but on
the passenger side, they point backwards.

This isn't right .... right?

Sounds as if you may have some directional tyres (or tires if you insist!)
which are designed to rotate in one direction only. Check with the supplier.
If they *are* directional, two of them will need turning round on the rims.

Some tyres are designed to rotate one way - it depends on the tread. My dad
just got Michelin Pilot Exalto's, and these DO matter which way they go. My
Pirelli P6000's don't. I'd get whoever fitted them to change them over
(free!).
